Cates Hill Chapel
Bowen Island
Join me for an evening exploring interoception—our ability to sense and understand what's happening inside our bodies—and how it influences our emotions, mental health, and sense of connection with ourselves.
Drawing on ideas from my new book, Listening In, we'll explore why body awareness isn't always easy, how our internal signals can become disrupted, and how we can begin to reconnect with ourselves in ways that support greater well-being.
The evening will include a presentation, time for questions and conversation, and refreshments. Books will also be available for purchase and signing.
Everyone is welcome!
